If you ask any of our current and or past customers about Rick, they will resoundingly say, "AMAZING". There isnt anything that Rick cannot do, and do beyond your expectations. Rick also learned the importance of a good work ethic at a young age working with his father who was also a building contractor. If there is something that someone says, "THat's Imposible to do", then step back and let Rick get it done. Just a warning... if you ask Rick for something, you better be ready for it because he will have it done with perfection and at light speed. He is the BEST!

J.R. is every builder's dream come true. He is young, dedicated, skillful, talented along with a great artistic eye and just all around good guy. We are extremely fortunate to have him as a part of our team and he will be an incredible artisan in his time.
Nancy McBride
If you need to find out something about a job, then Nancy is the person who knows all that is going on. She is the glue that keeps all of the complex pieces of our company together and we could not operate without her. Her skills of managing are complimented by her happy and friendly personality and she does not stop until the job is done.
Dan Janosko
Dan is relatively new to our workforce, but just like his brother J.R. and Rick his dad, he is a very hard worker. Along with lowering the average age of our team members, he also brings his own fresh view and opinion of how we get things done. Along with attending college and working full time, Dan is an accomplished surfer with professional status. He has won some local contests and is amazing to watch.
Growing up and being a 3rd generation carpenter, I really appreciate the two generations that we have right here of Rick, J.R. and Dan. They are especially great to have around as Rick and I get a little less nimble & a few more aches and pains, each year.
Moises Segundo
"Mo" is our in house painter and finisher. Never before have we ever gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the painting looks. Mo is tireless in his efforts each and every day to make the walls, ceilings, moldings, doors and everything else look as perfect as it can.
Kyle Jackson
Kyle is my youngest son and is currently studying in the college of business at the University of Tampa. In his HS years he worked as a laborer and assistant to various trades on the job. He became more focused when he obtained his drivers license while at the same time expanding his job duties. Some of his creative ideas are still in use today, even though he has not been physically on the job. His talents in setting up & maintaining our web page are still greatly appreciated.
